fast-paced, early morning hike.
to beat the heat, some mamas will be hiking at 7:30 AM. this will be a fast-paced hike.
*9:30 AM*
we will hike South Lake Trail, to help out the shorter legs. feel free to join up with others to do a longer trail, if you choose! some mamas did South Lake followed by Ganier Ridge and got a pretty nice workout and time with baby-wearing mamas!
this week we were informed that food is not permitted on the park grounds. if interested, some have discussed heading down to Sevier Park for lunch. bring a picnic if you would like to join!

this week we will do a creek hike. please wear water-type shoes that you can walk in. we will start our walk at 9:45 AM, so please arrive as soon as possible. if you will be late, we will be in the creek just off the trail head, and should be easy to find. we will hike about an hour or so then play in the mud pit. join us with your lunch and have a little picnic. we try to be finished by noon.

clings have been ordered, with a few changes. prices are still at $5, for now. clings are now 5" x 3" and look as below, with white ink. they should be here in a few weeks! YAY!

we have received about 10 profiles. as soon as we have 20 I will create a digital book that we can all have. I am going to re-post some information from last week, as I have not received much response:
we have something new we are going to begin - it's called *THE BRIGADE NETWORK*. This is going to be a great way for us to keep in contact beyond our hike, as well as get to know each other a little more. To be a part of TBN, please email questions to the following questions. I will compile a list and email that to the group members that want it. I will not post this to the site until we get a little more security going on here!

3. Do you have a blog? Are you on other social networking sites (Facebook, etc.)?
4. Would you be willing to "baby-swap" (swap days for child-watching, not actually swap babies)?

6. Please send a picture (unless I already have one), so people can put faces with names a little easier.
If you choose not to participate in this, no worries; you can still hike with the group! this is simply to get us all doing more of what we love and getting deeper into this community we are coming to love more!
