what a beautiful day - a little warmer than usual, but still gorgeous! we had sixteen mamas and seventeen bambinos. we took the back-side of south cove, and were led by one of our long-time members. everyone took the challenge of the new hardest trail at the park! YAY! we split off naturally into quite a few groups. we had some firsts today:
* we had our first nanny come hike with us. that was inspiring!
* we had our first hike with four new hikers!
* we had our first hike that called for sunscreen. let's make sure to remember that next week - for mama and baby!
* we had our first hike with the larkspur in full bloom and green all around.
hope everyone had a great hike. we will see you friday at warner park nature center. if you do not have a older one, you are welcome to join, nonetheless. we have great community and great fun! there are some mamas that are considering starting a friday hike around noon, so we will keep you in the loop about that and the location.
