We have a change in our schedule for Friday Fun Days! Instead of 10 AM, we will be heading to the Birds in Winter Hike at 1 PM! Come early and have lunch then hike!

On February 5 registration opens for WINTER GREENS on February 19 at Warner Park Nature's Center.
10 AM-11 AM - Come to the Nature Center where we will search for the greens of winter! Age level: 3-5 years

FRIDAY - FEB 5

If you plan to go this Friday, please make sure to sign up though the Nature Center at Warner Park! The hike is FULL, but they will put you on the waiting list and call. If no one else can get in, we can just do our own hike and play - then have a picnic or something!

I just read that Warner Parks are having a Birds In Winter event for children ages 3-5 years. This will be our Friday Fun Day this week!

10 AM-11 AM
Warner Park Nature's Center (Hwy 100)

Red, blue, black and white: the birds of winter are a wonderful sight! Learn four birds with activities and a hike!

You will need to register for this through the Nature Center (352-6299). Also, let us know if you plan to attend, as we can all meet after to let the kids play at the play area and eat lunch together!

As long as Metro Nashville Public Schools are open, we will be hiking wednesday, february 3, 2010. If they are closed, feel free to still hike, but we will not have one of our leaders there.
WE ARE GOING TO MEET ON THE GRANNY WHITE SIDE THIS WEEK, AS THEIR IS ICE ON OTTER CREEK OFF FRANKLIN ROAD.

See you all at Ellington Agricultural Center with youngers and olders. Walking aged children (as well as our beloved riders) are welcome. Come for a short hike, run around the gazebo in the Iris Garden, and look for some fish in the pond on grounds. We may even see some horses (and have little nibbles on the heads of our blonds).
